Its May and time for some site news! We’re so excited, its been an extraordinary month we left behind us. 247TrafficPro.com‘s hit some new milestones in activity yet again. Pages delivered within a day passed the 300k mark! Concurrent surfers passed 200! Thank you for spreading the word.

Amazing, truly amazing! What a month! It has been the busiest month in our history. 247TrafficPro.com broke its own record multiple times, just yesterday it broke it again on several areas. Yesterday there where 176 members surfing 247TrafficPro.com simultaneously. That’s about 10 more than the last all time high. As a result we delivered 240000 pageviews yesterday. Awesome! Not only 247TrafficPro.com though, our other site, HitLink.com broke records as well, it delivered 45000 pageviews as the highest in a single day during March month. 247TrafficPro.com also had its highest amount of commissions generated last month, so a record sum was paid out to our affiliates.

As a result 247TrafficPro.com is also able to deliver an amazing number of hits pr URL. This has increased significantly over the past 6 months and we can deliver up to 5000 website hits to a single URL now. For this reason, it is more important than every to getting used to controlling delivery by using a Hits pr Hour value if you like to slow down this rate.

Truly amazing numbers on both, and its all thanks to our members for spreading the word.

247TrafficPro.com’s announced features are requiring a bit more coding than anticipated, but we should start releasing them within this and the next month. We’ll first release a new model for our activity points for promotion as announced earlier that will hopefully make it more fun. It will give a bit more control to the members and owners of other TEs, that’s all I’m revealing for now.

HitLink.com has been severely delayed in some areas, while it a fully featured site, there are things we had hoped for where in place already but are unfortunately not. We’re now giving a lot of focus to HitLink.com on the development side over the next few months that will make it a even more powerful marketing platform. If you haven’t discovered the power of this site, you should. We hope to have some new goodies for you ready on this site as well within May. We’re working on improving the user experience on the site right now, so you should notice subtle changes that enhance your experience and make promotion much more powerful.

Time for a little update on our sites.

247TrafficPro.com:

We’ve done some testing as you probably have noticed with the increased surf ratio’s on 247TrafficPro.com and I’m delighted to let you know that we’ve successfully been able to keep a 1:1 ratio and manage to keep credits flow under control. We have decided to keep the ratio’s at 1:1 for free members, but do reserve the rights to lower it if credits balance should go out of control. Our terms of service will shortly be updated.

For our gold members the fixed rate is now 1:1.2 up by 20% in addition to all other benefits included in the account. There is a lot more coming as well. Prize page was also moved from every 15th to 25th, however prizes where also changed so that the average winnings remained the same, ie displayed less frequently, but higher amounts.

Rest of the changes, geo targetting and more require extensive coding and will be available as soon as our coders have it ready, we’re also adding some more user control to the surfbar that I’m sure everyone will enjoy.

HitLink.com is growing steadily as well, not much new there this month as we’ve focused on 247TrafficPro.com.

Other than that, we’re working on our site checking system, we replaced the site checking system with a in-house one mid last month, still needs some tweaking, but overall the rotation should now be much cleaner, and I can tell by the number of abuse reports that it is in fact cleaner. The abuse reports have fallen dramatically since we changed the checker, not that the previous one was bad, but it has to do with that we manually screen a good share of the submitted URLs now as an additional control for certain types of urls.

It is also possible to advertise on our login page now, or has been for a few weeks in fact, we made this available unannounced and have already sold a few weeks of advertising. If this is something for you then visit our login page, you’ll find a link there.

We’re following up on our post about the proposed changes and this Saturday (today) and tomorrow, we’re running an experiment with increased surf ratio’s.

Free members will have a base ratio of 0.8, once you surf 250 pages, it will go up to 1:1 where as earlier it started at 0.4.
Gold II members ratio’s have been increased to the maximum provided by that account type. Up from 1:1 base ratio to 1.2:1 flat rate for the weekend.

Prize page interval has been changed to 25, cash prized increased to effectively remain the same, meaning an average of $0.30/1000 pages surfed.
